Balanced Scorecard may have many benefits, however, unless it is well-implemented the result may be weak, and not reflect individual’s performance correctly. Johanson et al. (2006) argue that “the actual implementation and use of the BSC [is] a balancing act between different conflicting interests or dilemmas”.
