Please answer Questions 1,2, and 3 and The project application question on Page 206 of the QI text. Your response should be 2 pages of double spaced writing. Please review rubric below for grading scheme.
It is expected that these responses be insightful and professional. Please make sure you follow these writing guidelines for your responses:

4. Make sure you include key terms from the corresponding chapter

7. Please do not waste space by writing out the questions from the book.

As you craft your response, please consider the following:
– There may be difficulty in collecting urine specimens from children for various reasons.
– Were different procedures for urine specimen processing used in the various clinics?
– Do the house staff rotate through the clinics? If so, are they familiar with each clinic’s procedures?
– Is house staff required to handle the specimen processing in one clinic but not the next?
– Is the house staff screening and forwarding specimens to the lab in a timely fashion?
– Is a step missing in the directions on the flowchart?
