You have been asked by your regional authorities to develop a brief plan with measures and strategies on how to inhibit the emergence of a conflict and manage conflict in your institution. Discuss strategies and draft your plan based on this week’s and past weeks’ readings.

Section 3:

Length: maximum 4000 words.

You have been chosen by your regional educational authority to develop a “Leadership Change and Innovation Plan” to be offered to educators and school leaders of your region. Write up your plan and include the leadership areas that you will implement change and innovation. Provide also a plan of action and implementation for your regional authority.
